Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting us directly. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at care@kentscoffee.com. In cases where the payment has already been processed, we will initiate a refund via the original payment method within 2-3 working days.
Return and Refund Policy
Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Have no damage, even if the package has been opened.
Items returned within 15 days from delivery are eligible for a refund or exchange, provided the items meet the above conditions. Note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at care@kentscoffee.com and send your item to our return address.

Note: For all returns or exchanges, please ensure an unboxing video is made to support claims of empty, partially filled, or tampered packages.
